Why Impact Exists
Impact Strength & Conditioning exists because people deserve to feel better.
For years, the idea of opening this gym sat in the back of my mind. Eventually, I realized it wasn’t going away... because it’s rooted in something personal.
I’m a busy professional. I’m a parent. I understand time constraints, competing priorities, burnout, anxiety, and what it feels like to put everyone else first. I also understand how intimidating it can feel to step back into fitness after time away.
This gym was built for people like us. I believe exercise isn’t something that takes time... it’s something that creates energy, confidence, and capacity to show up better for the people who matter most.
At Impact, the goal isn’t perfection. It’s showing up. It’s progress. It’s becoming a stronger version of yourself, both physically and mentally.

Who we're built for
Impact Strength & Conditioning is designed specifically for:
• Busy parents
• Millennials & Gen X adults
• People returning to fitness after time away
• Beginners intimidated by large CrossFit gyms
• Anyone who wants real-world strength, longevity, and confidence
• You don’t need to be “in shape” to belong here.
• You just need the willingness to start... even if you don’t have all the answers yet.
We even welcome kids ages 7 and up to train alongside their parents, because fitness shouldn’t be something you grow out of... it should be something you grow into.
Our Coaching Philosophy
Good coaching isn’t about yelling the loudest, or bringing the most energy. Good coaching is also about guidance, helping someone take the right risks at the right time.
At Impact:
• We prioritize consistency
• We scale movements intelligently
• We focus on long term progress
We believe doing hard things build resilience, especially when people feel supported. That’s why every membership includes the option for a Foundations / On-Ramp session, where we take time to teach the movements, build confidence, and remedy intimidation.
Community & Standards
Our community is a group of like-minded people who:
• Show up consistently
• Encourage each other
• Hold themselves accountable
• Respect every person in the room
We track workouts because we believe you can’t manage what you don’t measure and because accountability builds confidence.
Kids and teens are welcome here not just to train, but to see what lifelong fitness looks like, modeled by parents who are investing in themselves.
