I have been overweight in my life. I have been called names in my life. I have dealt with both burnout and anxiety.
But I also know what a catalyst moment feels like, the moment you decide things don’t have to stay the same.
I’ve been training in CrossFit and strength & conditioning since 2011, with a background in strength training that goes back even further through competitive sports like football, baseball, wrestling, and golf.
Over the years, I’ve coached beginners, parents, and youth athletes, always with the same goal: help people build confidence through doing hard things the right way.
I’m a CrossFit Level 1 trainer and have completed advanced coursework through Harvard Medical School Executive Education in nutrition, wellness, and lifestyle coaching.
More than anything, I’m passionate about helping busy adults build fitness that supports their real lives, not just the hour they spend in the gym.
Out of the gate, I’ll be here coaching classes, onboarding new members, and building this community alongside you.
