Foundations is a one-on-one session with a coach designed to help you feel confident before stepping into group classes.We’ll walk through the basic movements you’ll see in class, talk through scaling options, and answer any questions you have at your pace.
This is for you if:
* You’re new to CrossFit or structured strength training
* You haven’t worked out in a while
* You’re worried about “keeping up” or doing movements wrong
* You just want to know what to expect before joining classes
